This is Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the grant of House Repair Parole in view of Section 3(1) d, of The Haryana Good Conduct Prisoner's Temporary Release Act, 1988.

The representation (Annexure P-1) for seeking parole was moved on 17.09.2017 and this petition was filed on 26.09.2017. Application for parole is examined and then referred to the competent authority. This petition appears to have been filed in a hurry without waiting for outcome of the representation or giving reasonable time to dispose of the same. Dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition if need so arise and to avail all other legal remedies.
