******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that Bagicha Singh is required by the police in case bearing FIR No. 334 dated 25.08.2017. He has not been arrested so far. He is under treatment at Civil Hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula after receiving the bullet injury in the arson that took place in Panchkula after verdict in the case of Dera Chief, Sirsa. As the petitioner has not been arrested so far, he will be at liberty to move out of the hospital as per his wish. This petition stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be conveyed to Chief Medical Officer, Sector 6, Panchkula.
