Pawar, Sr. D.A.G., Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harjeet Singh submits that the police during pendency of this petition has handed over the custody of Gurkirat Singh to petitioner and presently he is living with him. Petitioner-Mashwinder Singh is present in Court, who has been identified by ASI Harjeet Singh, who on enquiry submits that his son Gurkirat Singh is presently living with him.

In view of submission of learned State counsel and submission made by petitioner-Mashwinder Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
