The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to the respondents-authorities to register sale deeds dated 28.03.2024 (Annexure P-26 and P-27) executed amongst them with respect to land measuring 95 kanal 14 marlas situated at Mauza Beed Firozadi, Tehsil and District Panchkula.

Mr.Anil Mehta, Advocate submits that the petitioners have executed sale deeds amongst themselves and respondents are not registering sale deeds without any rhyme or reason. They have filed representation dated 07.05.2024 (Annexure P-29). 3.

Ms. Mamta Singla Talwar, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and waives service. 5.

With consent of learned counsel for the parties, the case is taken up for final disposal.

Mr. Mehta submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondents are directed to decide their representation in a time bound manner.

Ms. Mamta Singla Talwar, DAG, Haryana submits the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, would look into grievance of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order within 02 weeks from today in accordance with law.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the instant petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, to decide representation dated 07.05.2024. The respondents shall take care of Annexures P-30 and P-31 while disposing of representation of the petitioners.
