Petitioner seeks implementation of order passed by 15.07.2020, Annexure P-3 passed by respondent no. 2. This court feels that writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked for the purpose of executing orders. However, petitioner-Gram Panchayat is at liberty to avail remedy as per due procedure of law. In case it does so, the concerned authority may take cognizance of its grievance at the earliest. Disposed off.
