Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sucha Singh submits that Manish son of Mohan Lal was arrested by the police in case bearing FIR No. 129 dated 21.09.2017, registered at Police Station Sadar Phagwara for offences punishable under Sections 21 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 25 of the Arms Act. After his arrest on 21.09.2017, Manish is in judicial custody and is presently lodged at Central Jail, Kapurthala.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, no further action on the letter of Jyoti wife of Manish is called for. Disposed of.
