Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Addl. A.G., Haryana, appears on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and submits that the representation dated 16.04.2026 has already been decided and the petitioner was found in illegal possession of the Panchayat land and the possession has been taken in due course of law. 3.

Since the representation dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) has been decided, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as having become infructuous. 4.
