This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.0124 dated 24.11.2023 under Sections 384, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Cyber West, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 24.05.2024. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that there are total five accused in the present FIR and out of them only three have filed the present petition, therefore, partial quashing of the proceedings shall not be allowed.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
