ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing letters dated 18.06.2019 and 12.07.2019 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) issued by respondents whereby accounts of the petitioner have been frozen. 2.
On query of this court, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner would be satisfied if the application (Annexure P-6) pending before the trial Court be decided within a prescribed time. 3.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a request to the trial Court to take up the application contained at Annexure P-6 pending before it and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. In case physical hearings do not resume anytime soon, requisite arrangements be made to hear the case through video conference.

Disposed of accordingly.
