(Oral) Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 27.08.2013, Annexure P-8, whereby his plea for grant of arms licence valid all over the country, has been rejected. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that fresh instructions have been received from the Ministry of Home, Government of India and in light of same afresh order shall be passed in case the petitioner submits an application before the authority within one month from today. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
