G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner is challenging the transfer order from Amritsar to Moga dated 31.05.2016 (Annexure P-4).
Admittedly, the petitioner has not approached the respondents for redressal of his grievance that on which account the petitioner wants his transfer order cancelled. It is pointed out that the earlier order dated 29.03.2016 was also cancelled on 21.04.2016 (Annexure P-3). Keeping in view the above facts, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be allowed to be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach the respondents for the necessary grievances. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for the redressal of his grievances by filing a representation. It is expected that the respondents would respond on the said representation within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. 10.06.2016 (G.S.
