In deference to the hereinafter extracted order passed by this Court on 01.09.2025, today learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3, through his clerk, has supplied the list of selected candidates for the posts of Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist during the period 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2014. A copy of the list (supra) is also taken on record as 'Mark A'.
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he limits his prayer only to the extent that the list of persons selected for the post of Senior Scientists and Principal Scientists, for the period 01.01.2006 uptill the year 2014, be supplied to him. Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3, seeks an adjournment to have apt instructions, in this regard, from the quarter concerned.
The asked for request is accepted.

It is made clear that on the next date of hearing, no request for an adjournment on behalf of either of the parties concerned, shall be entertained."

In view of the compliance made by learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant writ petition, as his grievance stands redressed. Therefore, the instant writ petition is closed.
