The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 08.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned ACJM, Chandigarh vide which the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender in FIR No. 47 dated 05.05.2024 under Sections 376-D and 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 06 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sector 26, Chandigarh.

In furtherance to the order dated 19.05.2025, the petitioner has surrendered before the learned Trial Court and has been granted the concession of regular bail.

In view of the above, the present petition stands allowed and the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by the learned ACJM, Chandigarh, whereby, the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender, is hereby set aside.
