(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.158 dated 10.07.2020, registered under Sections 365, 384, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station City-I, Abohar. Vide order dated 28.09.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 28.09.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
