An application in the suit filed by the petitioners against the respondents seeking grant of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering or causing the interfere in the functions of petitioner No. 1 has been declined vide order dated 30.04.2019 (P-3) but notice of the suit has been issued to the respondents,which is now pending for 30.07.2019. At this stage, the present petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas before the trial Court on 30.07.2019 with regard to stay matter.
