Prayer made in the present petition is for directing grant of same pay scale to Dental Surgeons, as admissible to Medical Officers, from 01.01.2006. 2.

In the index of the present petition, reference was made to CWP-17238-2009, which was pending at that time, however, vide order dated 23.7.2019, was disposed of, directing the competent authority to take a decision in accordance with law regarding the anomaly complained, which the learned State counsel has apprised the Court was taken by the Finance Department, thereby rejecting the demand of full parity with HCMS. 3.
