The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 01.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 354, 341, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana.

By an order dated 05.10.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Balkar Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 05.10.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
