CRM-M-31160-2022 This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.167, dated 22.06.2021, under Section 376-D and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Focal Point District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court rendering the present petition as infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
