Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) CRM No. 48763 of 2022 This is an application for placing on record two statements, one of the prosecutrix as PW-1 and second of the complainant as PW-2 as Annexures P-10 and P-11 respectively.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Statements of the prosecutrix and the complainant are taken on record as Annexures P-10 and P-11 respectively. Main Case Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take the pleas raised herein before the trial Court.
