***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release subsidy in view of orders dated 20.05.2011 passed by this court in CWP-19007 of 2002 and dated 16.09.2014 in CWP-10230-2011.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that, in case, representation of the petitioner has not been considered till now in light of policy framed by the Government and aforesaid judgments rendered by this court, fresh decision shall be taken by the competent authority at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
