(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue has already been recovered and therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous.

Learned State counsel also confirms the factum of the detenue having been recovered and she also submits that the custody of the detenue has also been handed over to the petitioner.
