The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for transferring the investigation to some other agency or to constitute an SIT consisting of higher officers in FIR No.48 dated 26.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC, 1860, at Police Station Sadar Kanina, District Mahendergarh. 2.

An adjournment has been sought on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State counsel submits that an SIT has already been constituted which is being headed by DSP and the investigation is being conducted in a free and fair manner. In fact, today all the suspects have been taken for a polygraph test to Madhuban. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
