-2respondent no. 1. Copy of the writ petition has been supplied to him. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if similar direction is issued in this case also and the legal notice dated 18.05.2015 (Annexure P-9) is also decided. It is further pointed out that the Government, on the receipt of the legal notice, had written to the Registrar (General) of this Court on 09.06.2015 and this Court, vide communication dated 10.07.2015, has further directed the State to furnish reply to the legal notice at its own level as this Court is only an implementing authority. Photocopy of the said communication has also been placed on record. Accordingly, keeping in view the limited relief which has been sought, this Court does not feel necessary to call upon the State for any reply. Respondent no. 1 shall accordingly take a decision on the legal notice as per the directions issued earlier by this Court in Sandeep Kumar's case (supra). Needful be done within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 14.08.2015 (G.S. SANDHAWALIA) shivani JUDGE SHIVANI GUPTA 2015.08.18 14:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
