Rajesh Bhardwaj, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.84 dated 08.04.2021, registered under Sections 323, 326, 341, 342, 295, 379, 506, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar (Rural).

Perusal of the paperbook shows that since the date of filing of the present petition, only once counsel for the petitioner put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also, the matter was taken up for hearing, however, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
