(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed the Court that the petitioner No.1 has been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 13.3.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar. Qua petitioner No.2, it is submitted that he has already expired during trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.

Ordered accordingly.
