**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.03.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court (Lok Adalat), Panchkula vide which the case was disposed of on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Statements of both the parties were recorded and thereafter, the case was disposed of.

It appears that the respondents have already resorted to execution proceedings for claiming arrears of maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not adhered to the visitation rights given to the petitioner qua minor respondents No.3 and 4. JYOTI SHARMA 2022.07.20 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 15561 of 2022 -2Since the impugned order was passed three years back, that too, on compromise, therefore, the same is not amenable to further challenge in the absence of allegations of fraud.
