(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that though the police has already registered an FIR No.589 dated 23.09.2020, under Section 148, 149, 323 and 452 IPC, at Police Station Palla, District Faridabad, but the investigation in the same is not being done in a fair and proper manner and even after an expiry of more than 11 months, there is no outcome of the said FIR and rather, the petitioner is being harassed by the accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the said fact, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 28.07.2021 (Annexure P-7) before the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad-respondent No.3 and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this NARESH KUMAR 2021.08.31 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-35360-2021 -2stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation by passing an appropriate speaking order. Notice of motion.

Mr. Gaurav Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State.

Learned State counsel raises no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representation dated 28.07.2021 (Annexure P-7) and states that the same will be decided by respondent No.3 within a period of eight weeks from today by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the above-said statement of learned State counsel, the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in this petition, stands redressed and he does not want to press the present petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such.
