(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in the light of Policy decision dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-1) as inspite of recommendations (Annexures P-4 and P-5) made by Chief Secretary, no action has been taken.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that even as per letter dated 29.10.2014 (Annexure P-7) wherein it has been stated that in case, the petitioners fulfill all conditions of the notification dated 18.06.2014, their services be regularized still their services have not been regularized and no action has been taken on NEETU RANI 2015.07.09 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.13444 of 2015 the representations (Annexure P-2 and P-3) filed by the petitioners. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, the directions are issued to respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioners in view of recommendations (Annexures P-4 and P-5) as well as letter dated 29.10.2014 (Annexure P-7) within some stipulated period.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned senior counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the notification as well as the recommendations, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) moved by the petitioners in view of the recommendations (Annexures P-4 and P-5) as well as letter dated 29.10.2014 (Annexure P-7) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioners are found to be entitled for the relief sought in the present writ petition as well as in the representations, the same be granted to them within a period of two months thereafter.
