(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned voters list dated 01.11.2021 (P-1) with a further prayer for issuance of direction to the respondents to amend/modify the voters list dated 01.11.2021 of village Jhinwarheri, Kurukshetra.

On notice, a status report dated 16.11.2022 by way of affidavit of respondent No. 3 has been filed stating therein that The Electoral Officer, Ladwa Assembly Constituency after verifying the facts, came to a conclusion that Form No. 7 submitted by the complainant-Barjinder Singh and Narender Singh for removal of 19 names of (disputed voters) voters from the voter list of village Jhinwarheri, Kurukshetra is correct and accordingly, 19 voters from the list of village Jhinwarheri, Kurukshetra were removed. Learned State counsel has further informed the Court that now the elections had taken place on 12.11.2022.

In view of the above factual position, no further orders are required to be passed.
