JUSTICE SURINDER GUPTA By Order : Mr. Raj Kumar Makkar, DAG, Haryana. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Karnal filed by learned State counsel is taken on record, as per which Pargat Singh was not arrested in case bearing FIR No. 1501 dated 18.12.2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal. A notice was issued to call him to Police Station. The complainant or his son did not appear before the police and moved instant petition. Pargat Singh is evading his arrest and police is raiding his hide out in order to arrest him.
