Smt. Kamlesh Pawar, daughter of the appellant in person. Mr. Alok Singal, Advocate for the respondent. **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Today, daughter of the appellant namely, Smt. Kamlesh Pawar appeared in the Court and has made a statement that her father-Sh.Lila alias Ranjeet(appellant) had expired on 09.06.2015 and that apart from her, one daughter of Sh. Lila alias Ranjeet(appellant) namely, Naresh Kumari, is there. They are the only legal representatives of the deceased Lila alias Ranjeet(appellant). Her sister is unable to appear in the Court. They don't want to purse the present appeal any more and seek permission of this Court to withdraw the same. In this regard, she has also placed on record the separate affidavits of herself as well as her sister-Naresh Kumari. The said affidavits as well as statement made by Smt. Kamlesh Kumari, are taken on record. Permission is granted.
