RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to arrive at an amicable settlement with his mother Smt. Sarla Devi-respondent no.3. However, since the petitioner has shown his willingness to persuade his mother for an amicable settlement, he shall be permitted to continue in possession of the house for a period of two weeks from today. It is also made clear that if no settlement arrives at between the parties, respondent no.3 shall be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner, in accordance with law.
With the above said observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
