The present IOIN has been put up by the Registry as till date no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant to furnish correct addresses of respondents No.1 and 2 and for service of the said respondents. As per the Office report, in compliance of the order dated 07.09.2022 of the Daily Lok Adalat, notice issued for service of the appellant has been received back with the report that the house has been sold and his whereabouts are not known. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the main case itself is taken on Board today and IOIN stands disposed off.

As noticed in the vide order dated 24.08.2022, learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he was unable to contact the appellant and AMAN JAIN 2025.09.20 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

FAO-3338-2008 (O&M) -2pursuant to the order dated 07.09.2022 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, in compliance of the order dated 07.09.2022 of the Daily Lok Adalat, notice issued for service of the appellant has been received back with the report that the house has been sold and his new whereabouts are not known. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
