(Oral) Learned counsel states that the petitioner had filed a complaint against the Sarpanch of his Village but no action having been taken thereon, he moved a representation dated 18.5.2015 (P.8). Learned counsel further states that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the said representation within reasonable time.

I find this to be a fair request.

In the circumstances this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the said representation dated 18.5.2015 (P.8) by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
