RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.53, dated 22.04.2021, under Sections 376D, 506 IPC (Section 366 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Women Police Station, District Rewari.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
