It is stated that the matter has since been compromised between the parties, inasmuch as petitioner Rajni and respondent no. 4 Jonson Raj have started residing together. On being enquired, petitioner Rajni and respondent no. 4 Jonson Raj have admitted this fact.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it being so, the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the petition and she be permitted to withdraw the same.
