This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 08.04.2026 passed by ld. SDJM, Narwana in complaint bearing No. NACT/140/2024 dated 06.05.2024 CNR No. HRJNA0006832024 titled as "Dhan Singh Vs Baldev Kumar" under Section 138 of NI Act vide which bail order of the petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited and warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on 08.04.2026 due to some medical reasons. Consequently, the learned trial Court cancelled the bail orders of the petitioner and his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State and petitioner was ordered to be summoned through warrants of RENU RAWAT 2026.05.13 15.34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M-26834-2026 arrest. He further prays that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and the impugned order dated 08.04.2026 be set aside.

This Court deems it appropriate to decide this case without issuing notice to the respondent.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 08.04.2026 passed by ld. SDJM, Narwana. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today at 10:00 A.M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same on the very same day.
