Learned counsel for the petitioner-Chandigarh Administration states that respondent No.1 has been earlier adjusted against a vacant post of Driver keeping in view the recommendations made by Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs vide memo dated 17.09.2015. He further states that now vide order dated 08.03.2016, photocopy whereof is placed on record, the services of respondents No.2&3 have also been regularized as Driver in the Electricity Wing of Engineering Department of UT Chandigarh Administration. This renders the writ petition as infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. (2)
