ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, objects to the maintainability of the writ petition. He argues that alternate remedy is available to the petitioner as per notification dated 2.3.2015 issued by the Government of Haryana. Notification, ibid, is pursuant to Apex Court judgement rendered in TMA Pai Foundation and others Vs. State of Karnataka, reported as 2002 (8) SCC 481. Accordingly, for redressal of their grievance, the petitioner ought to have approached Education Tribunal. I see no reason to differ with the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the respondents. Statutory Tribunal specially constituted under the notification dated 2.3.2015 issued by the Government of Haryana.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Educational Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
