SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take legal action against private respondents and conduct inquiry against them who are threatening the petitioner and his family members with intentin to grab their property.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar (Nawan Sehar) is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
