******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.119 dated 27.04.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379-B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and was allowed interim bail under order dated 21.06.2019 passed by this Court.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmel Singh submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 04.07.2019 and is on interim bail.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 21.06.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, JITENDER KUMAR 2019.07.12 15:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
