**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) By this common order, I intend to dispose of afore mentioned two petitions as common questions of facts and law are involved therein. For brevity, the CR No. 2324 of 2020 is being referred herein. 2.

Revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to the trial court to expeditiously decide the pending petition under Section 36 of the Arbitration Act, 1996 bearing Execution No. 240 of 2020. Further directions have been sought to release the amount of SONU 2020.09.29 20:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

compensation awarded vide Award dated 23.12.2019 passed by the learned Arbitrator.

Without commenting on the merits, both the petitions are disposed of with an observation that the executing Court, shall notbe adjourn cases pending before it on that date on administrative grounds any more. Same would be listed for hearingthrough video conferencing in the daily cause list. The Executing Court shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law. 5.
