(Oral) This Court finds that this petition has been filed seeking different types of reliefs i.e. quashing of FIR and also setting aside of 'Proclaimed Offender' order. While the petition has been filed on behalf of two persons, it is only one of them who is a 'Proclaimed Offender'. This Court deems it appropriate that separate petitions be filed so as to challenge the order vide which the petitioner has been declared a 'Proclaimed Offender' and also another petition for quashing of FIR, if so deemed appropriate. The petition, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file separate petitions.
