The above case was filed on 27.05.2024 through e-filing in which the hard copy is not submitted within one month by the learned counsel. Therefore, the same is listed after printing only the index, head note, memo of parties and brief synopsis.

Since no steps were taken by the counsel concerned for doing the needful, despite a specific note having been given to the cause list requesting the counsel to submit hard copies of the paper books within one month of e-filing, the Registry has listed this incomplete matter before this Court.

In view of the fact that no steps were taken by the counsel concerned for doing the needful, no order is called for on the judicial side and the instant incomplete matter stands disposed off. Registry is directed to weed out the incomplete paper-book as per the Rules. 05.02.2026 (
