" Learned counsel submits that the complainant is the cousin of the petitioner. There is delay of 15 days in lodging the FIR. Co-accused namely Usha Rani alias Usha, Parminder Kaur alias Pinder and Daljeet Kaur alias Mani have since been granted anticipatory bail, vide order Annexure P-2, while Sarabjit Singh @ Pola and Navjot Singh @ Jyoti, regular bail on 05.03.2026, Annexure P-3. As per the allegations, the petitioner has inflicted a datar blow on the non-vital part i.e. calf of right leg of the complainant. He is not involved in any other case; ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 14.05.2026 In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
