Notice of motion.

On asking of the court, Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG Haryana, who is present in the Court accepts notice and submits that intimation by Registry informing of fixation of the petition has already been received and record of the case is available with him. He further submits that as per investigation, petitioner was having relations with Vinod Kumar (victim) and kidnapped him. The car in which Randeep Singh and Salinder Singh were travelling and received `5,50,000/- to release Vinod Kumar also belongs to petitioner. The police has collected the call details and CCTV footage. The matter is still under investigation and release of petitioner at this stage will hamper the case of prosecution. The other co-accused are also yet to be arrested in this case.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
