(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the applications [CRM-34987 to 34988 of 2018] alongwith the revision petition inasmuch as the petitioner has already undergone the imposed sentence and he does not wish to pursue the petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the applications as well as the main case is dismissed as withdrawn.
