Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are willing to deposit 50% of the decreetal amount, as directed by the Executing Court vide the impugned order dated 24.02.2025, however, they need some reasonable time to deposit the said amount.

Mr. Teginder Singh, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has filed his memorandum of appearance which is taken on record.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioners to deposit 50% of the decretal amount within a period of four months from today.

It is made clear that incase the amount is not deposited, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. Pending applications also stand disposed off.
