***** PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Replies on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4, filed in Court today, are taken on record.

Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for directing respondents No.3 and 4 to remove the seal/lock affixed on the only residential house of the petitioners. In the reply filed by respondents No.1 and 2 it is categorically mentioned that house of the petitioners was never locked by them. They have also made reference to the photographs placed on record as Annexure R-3. Respondents No.3 and 4 have also filed their replies on the same footing.
