(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to decide the appeal dated 10.7.2010 (P.2) pending before respondent No.1 with respect to recovery of penal rent. After arguing for some time, learned counsel prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
